The staff was helpful, recommending a local crafts exhibition in the Hamacho and Nihombashi area that showcased beautiful works by Japanese artisans. The nearby café had delicious snacks for the kids!

My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities, like a play area or a small pool to burn off energy, making it easier for families with young ones.

had essentials needed in the double room, including an electric kettle and refrigerators. the bed was comfortable and there was free wi-fi. i truly enjoyed the strategic and quiet location near to hamacho metro station, and quiet area with easy access to the metro.

I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was beautiful, I loved that. The favourable and excellent location was close to Chanoki Shrine. A grocery store and a bakery were right next door. It was located nearby train stations, easy for getting around Tokyo.

Hamacho hotel is great for a city break. The location is perfect, just a short walk to 3 metro stations that connect to haneda airport and major spots in the city. The daily room cleaning was excellent. The washing machines and dryers were a nice touch too.

Nice hotel, decent size rooms, comfortable beds with air conditioning and free wi-fi, located just 450 metres from the nearest train station for easy exploring.

Everything met my expectations.

Make sure to request extra coffee for your room. It's a nice perk to enjoy more than one each day.

The best part was the comfy bed and that DIY bath salt station I missed. After a long day, relaxing in that massive bathtub was just what I needed. I never expected a place this clean and reminded me of it pampered me.

We visited the exhibition of local crafts in the Nihombashi area and loved the sights at Hamacho. The hotel is well-designed and has all the essentials, like a 24/7 supermarket nearby. Staff were friendly, and the direct Disney bus connection was super convenient!

I had a fantastic stay where I enjoyed the smooth SIM card pickup and cozy Semi-Double Room. The hotel is perfect for relaxing after a day out, offering a lovely lounge and peaceful spots to unwind. The only minor hiccup was the slightly odd pillow texture, but it didn't ruin the experience at all! 😊
